Helen Sayles is responsible for human resources policy development and implementation, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, human resource development, employment, safety and health and HR service operations. Ms Sayles' responsibilities also include development and implementation of the company's real estate and administrative services strategy. Recent initiatives include a comprehensive restructuring of the delivery of these services to the organisation to ensure direct management accountability, and the implementation of technology and reengineered processes to ensure effective and competitive service, including e-procurement. Helen was educated in Scotland and received her B.S. in Commerce from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. A GlobalScot, Helen has been a member of the Scottish Enterprise International Advisory Board since 2002. |
