Please liaise with your referee on how to submit his/her letter of reference. As a rule, letters of reference should highlight your professional experience, as well as your potential to positively contribute as a Saltire Fellow. The Saltire Fellowship Alumni Interview is a one-to-one or small group meeting between a candidate and a graduated/current Fellow.
Interviews are both evaluative and informative, allowing candidates the opportunity to comfortably interact one-on-one with a Fellow, while allowing the Alumni Interviewer to share information about the Fellowship, as well as about their individual experience. The interview is an unmarked part of the admissions process but the feedback from the interview will be taken into consideration during the candidate's application review.
The assessment centre consists of a job-style interview, a group activity, a 2-minute pitch, and a presentation and discussion of a case study. It will be performed over a half-day and you will get an opportunity to speak to previous Fellows and Saltire Foundation team members over lunch.
