Project Activities and Key Roles

Undertake business analysis, around compensation and benefits data across the region: salary bandings, analysis of Local Plus packages and schooling benefits across the region and updating and aligning HR definitions in CREST.

Required Skills and Abilites

Ability to exercise initiative and judgement in identifying what needs to be done and recommending next steps.
Able to escalate appropriately.
A self starter that can work independently (albeit within structured project.)
Can operate effectively with other cultures and with other people.

Essential Attributes

Must be an advanced level user of all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
Must have high degree of comfort with numbers and financial analysis/manipulation.

Desirable Attributes

An interest in Human Resources.
