1. Define and build up experimental set-ups
2. Use an experimental set-up for examining certain technical questions and generate performance data.
3. Measure, analyse and evaluate performance data
4. Determine requirements concerning technical problems / components

Required Skills and Abilites

Be communicative and initiative

Ability to relate appropriately to others and operate effectively in a team environment

Careful in handling laboratory equipment

Essential Attributes

Experience in lab working


Student should ideally be studying medical engineering, mechanical engineering, physical engineering, biomedical engineering or mechatronics

Desirable Attributes

Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Experience in LabView or comparable data acquisition program or be particular fond of programming

Additional Information

Familiarize oneself with the technical aspects of the dialysis field (technical and medical)
