Project Location

Montrose, Scotland and Jurong, Singapore (4 weeks in each place)

Project Activities and Key Roles

Engage with both sites across a range of functions to observe and learn from the approach to building a sustainable manufacturing operating model (technologies, energy generation and use, waste generation and disposal management, environmental and community impact, cultural desire, engagement with external agencies and governments etc.). Provide insights from a stranger’s perspective, seeking to identify hidden strengths or blind spots.

Required Skills and Abilites

Good communication skills and a friendly manner to engage with a wide variety of people.

Essential Attributes

Willingness to learn, energy and positive attitude.

Desirable Attributes

An interest in science or business is preferred but any degree discipline is acceptable.
