Project Activities and Key Roles

PO Execution is responsible for order fulfillment transactions and full buyer purchase oreders including reviewing requisition, determining source based on sourcing instruction, negociating best price and terms, maintaining all documents and ensuring audit readiness etc.
Procurement Application Support Center provides helpdesk support to procurement end users and suppliers by answering the inquiries and providing solutions via telephone and emails to the clients who are using procurement applications and processes.
Supplier Managerment includes new supplier setup, supplier electronical enablement, ongoing supplier info. maintenance and basic contract signature by following predefined policy and procedure to make sure suppliers are qualified enough on ongoing basis.
Block Invoice Process is responsible to work with accounting team to handle all invoices in trouble due to procurement issues within preagreed service level to ensure accurate and timely payment and customer satisfaction.
AP Center of Competency for Procurement Business Control is to provide services in compliance testing and reporting to monitor all processes running in a consistent and good maner according to predefined policy and procedure and to provide necessary measurement report for business analysis.
Global Process Owner is a virtual team to leverage resources across geo. to pursue continuous process improvement horizontally. It defined procurement center processes into few categories and identified global owner for each of them. The team under each process aims to deliver swift, efficient and cost effective solutions through continuous process improvement and innovation, leading to higher client satisfaction.
