Project Activities and Key Roles

Analyze customer return information to identify systemic problems in manufacturing or within products or product groups.
Review device datasheets to ensure consistency of information, and work with product lines to update as required.

Required Skills and Abilites

Analytical, problem solving thought process.
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.

Essential Attributes

Discipline/Area of Study: Engineering or related science. Self-starter and ability to work independently.

Desirable Attributes

Good computer skills with basic business type software.
Interest in Quality Engineering.
