A few weeks back I got meet one of entrepreneurial hero's - Greg Petsko.  Well this week I get to meet another  - Dean Kamen.  

By now a few of you might be saying who..?  Well for a bit of fun , allow me to explain by introducing my own "fantasy football" - or should I say new business venture dream team...

1.  Greg Petsko - Biochemist.  Specializes on the link between Alzheimers and the link to cancer.  (believe it or not very few of the first develop the second - think about it).

2.  Dean Kamen - Inventor.  Dean is the guy who flunked out of school, created the Segway and developed the first ever 14-degree of freedom robotic limb.

3.  Burt Rutan - Spacecraft Designer.  He judges innovation not by the next funky feature on your cell-phone, but by where next in the universe we should be aiming to explore.

4.  Elizabeth Gilbert  - Author on Creative Genius.  It can go as easy as it comes - capture it and live for the moment.

5.  Malcolm Gladwell - Journalist, author and a fantastic brain on markets and market segmentation.

6.  Isabel Allende - Another Author - You just have to hear this woman talk about passion...Her insight and storytelling ability will blow your mind.

7.  Shai Agassi - Project Better Place - Like Burt, a man with huge aspirations living each day to make them real.  He's the kind of guy who brings meaning to the expression "wanting to change the world."

8.  Catherine Mohr - Surgical Robotics - An engineer who decided she wanted to be a doctor and then became a business person - sounds all too familiar to me...!! 

9.  Natalie MacMaster - Musician - Irish, lives in canada and plays the fiddle in the Scottish tradition....And boy can she play...fantastic...

So there you have it.  That's who would be on my dream-team..  Who would be on yours?
