This is the first line of a Silencer's song - "There's a magic in the air, and I can feel it" - and it just about sums up the electricity in the air I feel around the penultimate stage of this Fellowship journey.

All the Fellows are engulfed in their final projects, but planning vigorously for their future business careers.  Some may be fixed up with their desired role, some not sure which role to pick or others still musing over this first step back into the 'money in the bank again' world.....

Whichever one it is, with only seven or so weeks to go, there's something in the air for them all - and I can feel it!!
