I'm really excited that the Saltire Foundation is now recruiting the next cohort for the Fellowship programme, and it's really interesting to hear about some of the changes that have been made to the arrangements for the next group!  Hearing about some of the changes I almost wish I could do it over again, although I wouldn't trade in my experience for anything.  I can't wait to meet the next group over the next few months.
