But just before you do, here's why.....

I like it because as Sarah is singing Andrea  can feel the words and is bursting to sing, even though he can't.  It's quite magical.  Although partially sighted, the emotion and communication he exudes is evident and real.

Whether I am at an interview, participating in a team event, managing a stressful situation or having a one to one, I like people to feel what I am saying.  The context may be good or bad, but you will know where you stand.  The trick is not about being right, but doing what is right and communicating it well.

If I could bottle the communication in this piece of video - it would be job done.
