It's the start of week 4 and time is flying by.

I have met so many people here at IBM since I arrived, my notebook is filling up fast.  It has been great to meet leaders who are at different stages of their careers and understand their career paths.  I've had the chance to see different styles of leadership in action and gain an insight into the challenges of leading cross cultural, cross function, global teams. What all the leaders have demonstrated is a willingness to mentor, share and encourage the upcoming talent within IBM.

The one piece of advice ringing in my ears: Take on new challenges - get comfortable being uncomfortable.
