It's Monday morning, 1030 - first day of work at IBM. Maggie from the office is coming by at 12 to pick me up and take me to the office for the first time. My flight between Shanghai and Shenzhen was over 3 hours delayed last night so I did not arrive here until very late. Flying with China Southern Airlines was a definite "new flying experience", and not necessarily for the better. Anyway travelling aside, really looking forward to getting into IBM this afternoon, meeting everyone and getting into the job. I cannot believe I am sitting in China right now about to go to work!
