After arriving in Boston for 1 week now I have the feeling my time in Boston is going fly by. After a very busy week I know my adventure has just begun in the workplace and exploring the city.

Liberty Mutual is an amazing company and the overall "people friendly" culture is apparent throughout. I have been placed under the compliance department in a small team of four and have so far been given micro projects that have assisted in broadening my knowledge in insurance - I am sure my later projects will challenge me even further.

Boston as a city is beautiful, you do not get the busy hustle bustle feeling from back home in Scotland. We have explored many areas already and have lots more still to do! After being invited to a lovely BBQ last night from the fellows, it gave us the great opportunity to meet some globalscots and most of the fellows on the program.

With a celebration of my 21st week and some tours booked for next week I am sure I will have more to tell !!
