Internet analysis

This last project is a task I will be conducting rite up until I finish my internship.

 I have been asked to do an internet analysis of the use of testosterone. I have no pharmaceutical knowledge at all and I was very bad a science,  but I now have a huge interest in the use and miss use of drugs. My research is primarily based of the anabolic use of testosterone in the body building industry. I have to go on chat rooms and forums to discover who is using our products?, where the are getting them? and how they are taking them?

It is fascinating and scary all at the same time. There are websites telling people how to convince your doctor you need a drug, and what symptoms to say you have!! How corrupt! There is an extreme lack of education and ignorance and a frightening number of boys under the age of 20 getting there hands on this stuff which can inevitably leave them infertile. For the first time I have realised that it is not just women who are effected by the airbrushed picture perfect images we see everyday, men are heavily influenced too.

I will keep you up to date with this research and any new horrific findings…. if there are any guys out there considering taking this stuff don’t lol!!!

All and all Berlin is going great,  its a fantastic city! The world Athletics Championships are due to start in a week or so, and the streets are buzzing with tourists. All the billboards and adverts are beginning to appear, and I have a feeling the next few weeks could be filled with excitement……can’t wait!
