As we enter into our seventh week here in Boston I am aware how much I would be happy to stay here, as I sat with my Manager and team mates I told them that, they replied jokingly “That’s because you are in a great team” and I couldn’t agree more. Everyone in Liberty Mutual has treated me and the other interns so well, they have made us feel at home and gone out of there way to entertain us and give us helpful advice, this is something I am sure none of us will forget. The people here have made our trip very memorable and in turn I think we have fallen in love with Boston!

However home we must go and although the job market may seem a little scary at the moment a part of me is excited because we have this amazing experience to talk about. Many people in Liberty Mutual are aware I will be applying for jobs soon and have been so helpful with helping me with updating my CV and providing mock interviews which has been very helpful.

Outside of work we have been busy as usual. We visited NY last weekend; I won’t go into our trip there as most of my fellow interns have already talked about it. Helen Sayles was kind enough to get us Red Sox tickets so last night Fenway Park was graced by our presence, the Red Sox were playing against their arch rivals the New York Yankees; it was a great game and even though the Red Sox didn’t win we still had fun!

Less than two weeks left now.....our days are numbered!
