I have been in LA now for nearly 6 weeks now and I love everything about this city…even the homeless people who dance in the street all day just because they feel like it!

Sadly I got the flu so had to go home early from MediaXchange on Monday and again on Tuesday at North Highland, so I miss margarita night with Katrina and Alison I blame the air conditioning but maybe the long days at the weekends have help contribute a bit.

 When Christine is in the office she is often involved in conference calls with clients, this week I had the chance to lead a conference call with Gordon – a consultant from another one of the NH offices on the social media deck I had created for one of the clients looking to do work with NH.

On Thursday I started to work on a Social Media Training Guide that would be the first draft of a document to be circulated around North Highland consultants to help inform consultant how to research, analyze and use social media.

Thursday night I went to a friend from LA’s birthday party at the Roosevelt pool party where I met a Scottish celebrity…Darrius Ganesh…but left early to go to bed so I could rest and get better.

I began creating a social media research training guide which will be used by NH team for future proposals with current and future clients which I would be working on over the next week.

On Sunday some friends from Scotland flew in so I went with a friend to surprise them at the airport and welcome them to LA.

It was a tiring week from being so ill but on the mend for the next week in LA.
