Hi everyone

I will make this post short. Today is my final day here at Bayer in Leverkusen. My placement lasted 4 weeks and during that time I managed to complete a project that was originally planned for 8 weeks internship so I think that should leave a good impression :-) especially that I also managed to help other team members in their projects. From my point of view this was a good experience and definitely helped me better understand business environment. It is a shame that there were so many obstacles in the beginning but as they say people learn from mistakes and failures and not from successes and in fact the most successful people in the world are those who failed the most in the past. I definitely learned that there is always a solution no matter how complicated and complex problem seems to be. No matter how bad situation may look like if you look at the big picture you should always be able to find the positive side or at least learn something...
