Lynn Aitchison

My name is Lynn Aitchison, I am a University Graduate from the Scottish Borders.

In September 2010 I entered my fourth and final year at University of the West of Scotland completed my International Marketing degree, gaining a 2:1 honours.

In the summer 2010 I was given the opportunity to go to Boston USA to work in the Group Benefits department of Liberty Mutual.

This was a truly FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! where I particiapted in projects relating to;

● Competitive Intelligence
● Market Analysis
● Data Management
● Internal Communications
● Service Development
● Product Development

This opportunity took me out with my comfort zone and presented new challenges in terms of working in the USA, and operating in an industry where I had to learn from scratch. This experience enabled me to build my confidence in a positive working environment and to expanded knowledge of practical skills gained at University.
